New Delhi, dated the 20th December, 2006

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by holders of land under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi, after careful examination, hereby orders that every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 7 to the State Government within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every holder of land carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 7 to the State Government within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the State Government shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Information and Public Relations Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
