GOVERNMENT ORDER
Subject: The drawing of water from a river by riparian owners under the Kerala Irrigation and Water Conservation Act, 2003, regarding.
1. In the circumstances reported by the Executive Engineer, the Government of Kerala, after careful examination, hereby orders that every riparian owner carrying on the drawing of water from a river shall furnish Form A to the Tribunal within sixty days.
2. The matter has been examined. Every riparian owner carrying on the drawing of water from a river shall make an application in Form A to the Tribunal within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees.
3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the drawing of water from a river is undertaken, and the Tribunal shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.
4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the General Administration Department, Government of Kerala.
