Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Kerala Co-operative Societies Act, 1969 (Kerala Act 21 of 1969); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 of the said Act, the Government of Kerala hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
