GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The construction of a building in a village by owners of a building in a village under the Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Act, 1994, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Secretary of the Gram Panchayat, the Government of Rajasthan, after careful examination, hereby orders that every owner of a building in a village carrying on the construction of a building in a village shall furnish Form 2 to the Gram Panchayat within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every owner of a building in a village carrying on the construction of a building in a village shall make an application in Form 2 to the Gram Panchayat within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the construction of a building in a village is undertaken, and the Gram Panchayat shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Youth Services and Sports Department, Government of Rajasthan.
