GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The publication of a periodical by publishers under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall furnish Form III to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every publisher carrying on the publication of a periodical shall make an application in Form III to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the publication of a periodical is undertaken, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Commercial Taxes Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
