In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Karnataka Co-operative Societies Act, 1959 (Karnataka Act 11 of 1959), the Government of Karnataka hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the Registrar.
