GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The holding of land by landholders under the Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1950, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Tahsildar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall furnish Form 12 to the Collector within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every landholder carrying on the holding of land shall make an application in Form 12 to the Collector within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the holding of land is undertaken, and the Collector shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
