Recital: "Whereas difficulties have arisen in giving effect to the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Motor Vehicles Taxation Act, 1974 (Tamil Nadu Act 13 of 1974); NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by section 26 of the said Act, the Government of Tamil Nadu hereby makes the following Order to remove the difficulties, namely:".
