Amaravati, dated the 25th May, 2006

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The development of a real estate project by promoters under the Andhra Pradesh Buildings (Lease, Rent and Eviction) Control Act, 1960, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Rent Controller, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall furnish Form B to the Rent Controller within ninety days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every promoter carrying on the development of a real estate project shall make an application in Form B to the Rent Controller within ninety days, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the development of a real estate project is undertaken, and the Rent Controller shall dispose of it within ninety days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Labour Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
