GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of licensed premises by licensees under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Municipal Commissioner, the Government of Uttar Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall furnish Form B to the Corporation within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every licensee carrying on the running of licensed premises shall make an application in Form B to the Corporation within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of licensed premises is undertaken, and the Corporation shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Uttar Pradesh.
