NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Karnataka Control of Organised Crimes Act, 2002 (Karnataka Act 1 of 2002), the Government of Karnataka hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the commanding officer.
