Amaravati, dated the 19th March, 2006

GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The running of an institution by institutions under the Andhra Pradesh Education Act, 1982, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall furnish Form C to the Council within sixty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every institution carrying on the running of an institution shall make an application in Form C to the Council within sixty days, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the running of an institution is undertaken, and the Council shall dispose of it within sixty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Education Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
