GOVERNMENT ORDER

Subject: The broadcasting of programmes by broadcasters under the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955, regarding.

1. In the circumstances reported by the Press Registrar, the Government of Andhra Pradesh, after careful examination, hereby orders that every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall furnish Form II to the Board of Film Certification within thirty days.

2. The matter has been examined. Every broadcaster carrying on the broadcasting of programmes shall make an application in Form II to the Board of Film Certification within thirty days, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees.

3. It is, accordingly, clarified that a separate application shall be made in respect of each place at which the broadcasting of programmes is undertaken, and the Board of Film Certification shall dispose of it within thirty days of its receipt.

4. Difficulties, if any, in the implementation of this government order may be brought to the notice of the Law Department, Government of Andhra Pradesh.
