NOTIFICATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by section 9 of the Conservation of Foreign Exchange and Prevention of Smuggling Activities Act, 1974 (52 of 1974), the Central Government hereby directs that the powers exercisable by it under section 9 shall, subject to its control, also be exercisable by the adjudicating authority.
