No. 3345/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Rajasthan Transparency in Public Procurement Act, 2012 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 2012), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts contractors whose annual value of the execution of contracts does not exceed ten thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Controller General of Accounts in writing of the commencement of the execution of contracts within twenty-one days of such commencement.
