No. 223/2017.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 1 of 2012), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts privates body funded by a public authority whose annual value of the receipt of public funds does not exceed two hundred and fifty rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Competent Authority in writing of the commencement of the receipt of public funds within forty-five days of such commencement.
