No. 363/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Karnataka Sakala Services Act, 2012 (Karnataka Act 1 of 2012), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts privates body funded by a public authority whose annual value of the receipt of public funds does not exceed two hundred and fifty rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Competent Authority in writing of the commencement of the receipt of public funds within ninety days of such commencement.
