No. 1261/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Prevention and Eradication of Human Sacrifice and other Inhuman, Evil and Aghori Practices and Black Magic Act, 2013 (Maharashtra Act 30 of 2013), the State Government hereby appoints the 2nd September, 2014 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
