No. 2292/2014.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Delhi Fire Service Act, 2009 (Delhi Act 2 of 2009), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts organisers of a mass gathering whose annual value of the holding of a mass gathering does not exceed one thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the State Authority in writing of the commencement of the holding of a mass gathering within twenty-four hours of such commencement.
