No. 3780/2013.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Kerala Police Act, 2011 (Kerala Act 8 of 2011), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts certifying authorities whose annual value of the issue of electronic signature certificates does not exceed one lakh rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Board in writing of the commencement of the issue of electronic signature certificates within seventy-two hours of such commencement.
