No. 1810/2010.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition of Harassment of Woman Act, 2002 (Tamil Nadu Act 44 of 2002), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts creches whose annual value of the running of a creche does not exceed five thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Commission in writing of the commencement of the running of a creche within thirty days of such commencement.
