No. 2409/2003.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Groundwater (Development and Management) Act, 2003 (Tamil Nadu Act 3 of 2003), the State Government hereby appoints the 5th June, 2003 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
