No. 1531/1999.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Maharashtra Regulation of Marriage Bureaus and Registration of Marriages Act, 1998 (Maharashtra Act 20 of 1998), the State Government hereby appoints the 19th June, 1999 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 3 of the said Act shall come into force.
