No. 2239/1991.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Charitable and Hindu Religious Institutions and Endowments Act, 1987 (Andhra Pradesh Act 30 of 1987), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts managers of an institution whose annual value of the management of an institution does not exceed five hundred rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Board in writing of the commencement of the management of an institution within thirty days of such commencement.
