No. 3048/1988.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Uttar Pradesh Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple Act, 1983 (Uttar Pradesh Act 29 of 1983), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts managers of an institution whose annual value of the management of an institution does not exceed five hundred rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Board in writing of the commencement of the management of an institution within sixty days of such commencement.
