No. 445/1985.—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Patta Pass Book Act, 1983 (Tamil Nadu Act 4 of 1983), the State Government hereby appoints the 1st February, 1985 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
