No. 1141/1981.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Kerala Chitties Act, 1975 (Kerala Act 23 of 1975), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts liquidators whose annual value of the winding up of a company does not exceed ten thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Registrar of Companies in writing of the commencement of the winding up of a company within sixty days of such commencement.
