No. 3346/1968.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Maharashtra Industrial Development Act, 1962 (Maharashtra Act 3 of 1962), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts developers whose annual value of the development of a Special Economic Zone does not exceed ten thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Director General in writing of the commencement of the development of a Special Economic Zone within thirty days of such commencement.
