No. 3660/1964.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Odisha Land Reforms Act, 1960 (Odisha Act 16 of 1960), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts holders of land whose annual value of the holding of land does not exceed five hundred rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Collector in writing of the commencement of the holding of land within sixty days of such commencement.
