No. 2332/1961.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Bombay Court Fees Act, 1959 (Maharashtra Act 36 of 1959), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts commissioners appointed by the court whose annual value of the taking of evidence on commission does not exceed five hundred rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Registrar in writing of the commencement of the taking of evidence on commission within thirty days of such commencement.
