No. 2561/1958.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Andhra Pradesh Cinemas (Regulation) Act, 1955 (Andhra Pradesh Act 4 of 1955), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts exhibitors whose annual value of the exhibition of films does not exceed five thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Press Registrar in writing of the commencement of the exhibition of films within ninety days of such commencement.
