No. 2043/1955.—In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10 of the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 1954), the State Government, being satisfied that it is necessary in the public interest so to do, hereby exempts operators of a water supply scheme whose annual value of the operation of a water supply scheme does not exceed one thousand rupees from the provisions of section 4 of the said Act, subject to the condition that every such person shall intimate the Board in writing of the commencement of the operation of a water supply scheme within thirty days of such commencement.
