S.O. 571(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Merchant Shipping Act, 2025 (24 of 2025), the Central Government hereby appoints the 4th June, 2027 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
