S.O. 1851(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Chief Election Commissioner and Other Election Commissioners (Appointment, Conditions of Service and Term of Office) Act, 2023 (49 of 2023), the Central Government hereby appoints the 19th February, 2026 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
