S.O. 1355(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Bharatiya Vayuyan Adhiniyam, 2024 (16 of 2024), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th January, 2025 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 4 of the said Act shall come into force.
