S.O. 1635(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Indian Antarctic Act, 2022 (13 of 2022), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd February, 2023 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
