S.O. 3730(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Major Port Authorities Act, 2021 (1 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints the 15th October, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
