S.O. 3087(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code, 2020 (37 of 2020), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th January, 2022 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
