S.O. 539(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Institutes Of food Technology, Entrepreneurship And Management Act, 2021 (19 of 2021), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th March, 2021 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 8 of the said Act shall come into force.
