S.O. 2237(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Act, 2019 (40 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 7th August, 2020 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
