S.O. 2768(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Prohibition of Electronic Cigarettes (Production, Manufacture, Import, Export Transport, Sale, Distribution, Storage and Advertisement) Act, 2019 (42 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th June, 2019 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
