S.O. 582(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Black Money (Undisclosed Foreign Income and Assets) and Imposition of Tax Act, 2015 (22 of 2015), the Central Government hereby appoints the 25th April, 2015 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
