S.O. 2835(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tamil Nadu Legislative Council Act, 2010 (16 of 2010), the Central Government hereby appoints the 1st March, 2011 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
