S.O. 850(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the National Jute Board Act, 2009 (12 of 2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 14th March, 2010 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 28 of the said Act shall come into force.
