S.O. 2301(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Tripura University Act, 2007 (9 of 2007), the Central Government hereby appoints the 16th November, 2007 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 34 of the said Act shall come into force.
