S.O. 1207(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Weapons of Mass Destruction and Their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 (21 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 18th November, 2007 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
