S.O. 1064(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Weapons of Mass Destruction and Their Delivery Systems (Prohibition of Unlawful Activities) Act, 2005 (21 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 3rd April, 2006 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 16 of the said Act shall come into force.
