S.O. 1730(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005 (26 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 2nd November, 2005 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
