S.O. 771(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the University of Allahabad Act, 2005 (26 of 2005), the Central Government hereby appoints the 24th April, 2005 as the date on which the provisions of sections 1 to 5 of the said Act shall come into force.
