S.O. 1343(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 1 of the Designs Act, 2000 (16 of 2000), the Central Government hereby appoints the 13th October, 2002 as the date on which the remaining provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
